Paris - Can you lead some difficult reforms without a well built network of respected constituencies, facing this challenge, once more, france's president may find himself quite lonely. The constant refusal to build a true democracy based on the people's will and organised constituencies has several times in the passed drove any president and his government short of goodwill in the country and stopped any reform program. We're looking at a new era of that kind.
