A row of much tougher legislation on "morons" making a living in such a horrendous way should be a priority, won't help but in some EU countries, it's more than 5 out of ten (France) as there is little or non consumer's protection legislation regarding ill advised counselling, a gap that even large corporations exploit with govs encouraging....
