Did you know Florida has two coastal lines?

And, Yes, Kissimmee is right half way of both!
Worried your vacation may not be what you expect from the Sunshine State because of the spill? Choose Kissimmee and position yourself for an alternative, the Atlantic Ocean Beaches as well as Indian River only an hour away with all the Disney Parks at less than 10 minutes. (See, I'm watching you)

Financial Abuse Victimizes One in Five U.S. Elderly, Nonprofit Survey Says

A row of much tougher legislation on "morons" making a living in such a horrendous way should be a priority, won't help but in some EU countries, it's more than 5 out of ten (France) as there is little or non consumer's protection legislation regarding ill advised counselling, a gap that even large corporations exploit with govs encouraging....

I just don't know but for sure, vandalise the purse you need to sue or deal with an agreement to fix the damages isn't just unAmerican, it's dumb... you need BP to be healthy, the healthier it will be the more the company will be able and will want to get involved in the healing of both the businesses impacted and the natural beauty of the region.
Am I just wrong? Anyway, vandalise some small gaz businesses is unAmerican for sure as it isn't going to help whatsoever, is it?
Anyway, what did you finally pick? PCG?
The wire is almost ready to go.
Couldn't find the mail you mentioned but finally did... so where goes the five star?

Wasn't the now housing bubble the then housing sector growth making a major contribution to the economy? Major contributor to the job growth in financial services, homebuilders good fortune, contractors good times, real estate brokers overtime, management companies extending their businesses to match the number of new second home owners up to the furniture packages sellers overbooked?
Has only Goldman and the regulators turned a blind eye or did the mortgage broker employee, visiting for the 10th time the ederly lady around the corner to make sure she takes on a second mortgage she didn't need on a home she and her husband had finished to pay for quite a while ago, has done just the same?

Sunday, April 25, 2010

The profit Goldman made from the suspected positions the published emails in the Press tried to incriminate represent less than 0.25% of the 2008 all year profit and less than 0.02% of 2009s.
Do I buy Goldman management has knowlingly authorise or encourage anyone in the company or the entire company to engage into some sophisticated deal aimed at compromise some clients interests the bank was advising, part of deals that on another hand the company was betting against to make a profit of that level exposing the entire company's reputation on a one time coup? I'm afraid the answer is NO.
?? Do you?

Jon ... I disapprove these words in the strongest possible manner.
A cold?
Wall Street is greedy, yes, but Wall Street got rich if so securitising mortgages, not actually lending or contributing to the guidelines used to make the troubled mortgages? Should have Wall Street warned sometimes what many there felt, it was going over the top...? How? Would have anybody listened?
Six years as a war prisoner (from 67 to 73) draw respect, doesn't it?
I met a team at the Biker's week in Daytona a year ago I believe would volunteer immediately to Miranda rights Ossama should he be arrested?
To be honest, following the junk bonds overdose... (a brilliant product misused, over issued following one of these you know let's make some easy money rush to a speculative product.... suddenly some "wise" funds managers thought and some others in charge of the general public savings they could put their reserves to work with the success we all know....
Oh well... the problem was fixed... Mike, Yvan and Drexel were burnt at the stake to prevent anythink like it to happen again......
Sounds familiar.....?

I just wonder somedays if the people that lead the civil rights movement be proud of the management of their heritage.... when to fight racism in some cases lives were at risk?

I thought it wasn't respectful to say something as long as the debate was on whatever the outcome may be.
Now that it has gone through, how will the beneficiaries interprete the potential free access to a healthcare insurance contract? Throughout time I noticed that an entitlement is never free even for those who do benefit from it immediately. I happened to think that when Congress agrees to create an entitlement of that size and signification, it means at least for those who did vote for it, they have given up on the beneficiaries? They won't bother anymore to fight for a society and an economy providing enough opportunities to insure the potential beneficiaries of such an entitlement won't need it? The social stagnation for an entire segment of society will be more tolerable and accepted?
A binding relief both social and economic? Where such kind of entitlements have been created elsewhere in the world, it has proved to be a social trap, sadly sometime even for the beneficiaries becoming less motivated, accepting the situation.
Will it produce the same result?
When you think a particular segment of the population needs an entitlement to something to access it, you must conclude, that this particular segment will not be offered in the foreseeable future any opportunities to improve their lot thus allowing them to choose whether they want to pay for the service?
Nicole, be nice, don't drive nut.... let's say I dont need any help, I'm already a nutcase naturally...!

I just wonder if really Maria wants to see that?!

Michelle....!!
Which one? There was something that kept bothering me, I re read it and doesn't sound right, does it?

When authorities, whichever, aren't in a situation to enforce on everyone a gun ban, they surely shouldn't have one applied to the most vertuous citizens.

Monday, March 01, 2010

:)). Ralitsa looks great. I had hoped a young president such Mr Medvedev would know, implement and promote a Russian nation pride without feeling the need for some nostalgia of an era that wasn't happy enough for many Russians not to end it?
:)) Jack, if you knew, you'll be immediately sacked from your job for that kind of wording where I am... once a senior journalist dared saying who he was voting for, action was quick, we didn't see him for months soviet style disappearance from the screens... None, not one of his collegues or any politician specially those specialised on "Bush the fascist" style attacks, when on air mentioned him any more.... I mean .... I must say he's back now but it is weard...
All the best to Baby Braxton. Cute!
Am I gonna learn how was Vancouver? Don't mention Mark...
Gary would never say that..!

:-)
Bill...
I haven't had much time but from what I could recall, my preference 'd go to Federalist N°10 rather than 62 and when you can't stand a fillibuster rule, you can't stand the President veto either which happened to be constitunional? The idea was to create as many tools as possible to reduce the ability to impose, allow time for more talks to encourage everyone to find common ground?
I like N°10 as it doesn't limit the peril to a majority or a minority, "By a faction, I understand a number of citizens, whether amounting to a majority or a minority of the whole, who are united and actuated by some common impulse of passion, or of interest, adversed to the rights of other citizens, or to the permanent and aggregate interests of the community."
.../....
The valuable improvements made by the American constitutions on the popular models, both ancient and modern, cannot certainly be too much admired; but it would be an unwarrantable partiality, to contend that they have as effectually obviated the danger on this side, as was wished and expected. Complaints are everywhere heard from our most considerate and virtuous citizens, equally the friends of public and private faith, and of public and personal liberty, that our governments are too unstable, that the public good is disregarded in the conflicts of rival parties, and that measures are too often decided, not according to the rules of justice and the rights of the minor party, but by the superior force of an interested and overbearing majority. However anxiously we may wish that these complaints had no foundation, the evidence, of known facts will not permit us to deny that they are in some degree true. It will be found, indeed, on a candid review of our situation, that some of the distresses under which we labor have been erroneously charged on the operation of our governments; but it will be found, at the same time, that other causes will not alone account for many of our heaviest misfortunes; and, particularly, for that prevailing and increasing distrust of public engagements, and alarm for private rights, which are echoed from one end of the continent to the other. These must be chiefly, if not wholly, effects of the unsteadiness and injustice with which a factious spirit has tainted our public administrations.
Difficult to say any better.
I wondered why Michelle had decided to go to Vancouver in the first place but I was even more surprised when I found out she was staying there for now over a week until I dicovered that Mark was there too?
I have to admit I didn't suspect anything before I learned Mark was there too. Have I ever suspected Mark? No. I thought of the Canadian potential menace but never expected Mark to end brutally a several years relations with Bonnie as he met Michelle. Did he know her?

So cute! But that color....
Listening to these citizen's comments can only fulfill one's trust
in the Founding Fathers choice to build an institutional system imperfect enough to leave the People at its heart, knowing it will keep them awake, alive and altogether trustworthy what they have showed at many occasions, stepping up at each occasions the tough times required it, they will again.
It should please kids to watch, if they do, President Obama give some homework to the teachers. :)
Having fun in Vancouver? No excess..!
