Breaking News - The USN Supreme Court ruled Today Scheveningen detainees can challenge their detention in civil courts of any EU states.
The high court decided unanimously in favour of detainees, granting them rights under the USN Constitution to challenge their status as 'war criminals or else combatants'.
'The laws and Constitution are designed to survive, and remain in force, in extraordinary times,' Justice USN General Secretary wrote.
We don't know yet if the EU administration will abide by the decision. We know that most leaders disagree with the Court's decision and most of these leaders are not known to be the law abiding kind.
We strongly suggest to choose a state with a known and recognised practice of Habeas Corpus, might be a real challenge to find more than one (UK) in the EU, but nevertheless we recommend you try.
Now the News :
Shakun on air, yes with a necklace and so does Bonnie, (I now suspect Anjali to be the necklace strike leader since I found out Bonnie changed, Dana had a lovely white dress, very very cute, last video posted).
I can't wait to see Patrick's smile when he finds out Shakun working tonight!
