Bill, why does it seems obvious for so many, it seems, that most Americans cannot make the difference between a good man, an immigrant, hard working family man that happened to be unfortunetely Muslim and a terrorist that killed 13 US Army members and wounded 50 more?

I found it insulting to the intelligence of most Americans I have met or know.
